Public Sector Information that appears on Waterford County Council’s website may be downloaded subject to the terms and conditions attached to the most recent Public Sector Information Licence that has been issued. Applying for permission to use Public Sector InformationYou may apply in writing for permission to copy or use Public Sector Information that is the property of Waterford County Council and/or that appears on the Council’s website. Please write to the Council’s Freedom of Information Officer or Director of Services for Housing Corporate & Emergency Services: Freedom of Information Officer Any application that is submitted must state clearly that the request is for permission to copy or use Public Sector Information. Details of the charges will be given to the applicant before the information is released. The Council will only supply data covered by the Regulations in pre-existing format or language. As well as data protected by intellectual property rights, the Regulations do not provide for the release of personal data or information protected under the Freedom of Information Act. The Regulations do not permit the release of information in a manner that is otherwise prohibited by law. |
