Branch Library Overview

Branch Libraries in County Waterford are grouped into three regions, each of which is managed by a Service Manager based in that region, with administrative support from staff at headquarters. These comprise:

Dungarvan: Central Library in Dungarvan and Kilmacthomas branch.
Tramore: Tramore. Portlaw and Dunmore East branches.
Lismore: Lismore, Cappoquin and Tallow branches.

The main features of branch library organization are that::

All branches provide quality point of access to the stock of all County Libraries in Ireland.
All branches provide a selection of current stock and library recommendations.
All branches provide Internet access and community information.
A complete range of professional services and opening hours, as well as access to larger stock collections, is only provided in the main locations of Dungarvan, Tramore and Lismore, and library members may use any location of their choice at any time.
