Notice is hereby given, that the Members of Dungarvan Town Council, having considered the Draft Dungarvan Town Development Plan and the Manager’s Report thereon, in accordance with Section 12 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000-2010, have resolved that the Draft Plan be amended.

The proposed material amendments to the Draft Dungarvan Town Development Plan are accompanied by an amended Environmental Report which has been prepared in accordance with the Planning & Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004 and Appropriate Assessment documents prepared under Article 6 of the Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC).

A copy of the proposed amendments to the Draft Plan, the amended Environmental Report and the Appropriate Assessment documents may be inspected, at Dungarvan Town Council, Planning Office, Civic Offices, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford during normal opening hours from Friday 6th January, 2012 to Friday 3rd February, 2012.

Written Submissions or Observations only with respect to the proposed amendments to the Draft Plan should be sent to the Development Plan Review, Planning Office, Dungarvan Town Council, Civic Offices, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, or can be emailed by logging on to waterfordcoco.ie and following the appropriate link before 5.00 p.m. Friday 3rd February, 2012 and should state the name and address of the person, group or public body from whom same is received. All written submissions and observations only with respect to the proposed amendments to the Draft Plan lodged within the above time period will be taken into consideration prior to the making of the Dungarvan Town Development Plan.
