12 Aug 2010 - New Exhibition in Old Market House Arts Centre

The Old Market House Arts Centre, Lower Main Street Dungarvan new exhibition ‘ Balancing Act’ opens to the public on Saturday 14th August at 1pm. County Waterford artists have collaborated with artists from the province of Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada to produce an exhibition titled “Balancing Act”.

22 Jul 2010 - Molly Keanes House as Writers Retreat

The late writer Molly Keane who lived until her death in Ardmore, Co. Waterford will see her literary tradition live on in her former home at Dysert, Ardmore with an inaugural Writers retreat week from 16th to 22nd August 2010. Situated above Ardmore Bay, the week will be hosted by Mollys daughter Virginia who considers the location to be conducive to creativity.

17 May 2010 - Artlinks Bursaries Recipients 2010

ARTLINKS is pleased to announce the awarding of €30,000 in bursaries in the five ArtLinks partner Counties of Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow for 2010. Artlinks Director Cathy Fitzgerald thanked everyone who has took the time to submit applications and said that the awarding of more than one bursary in each county means that more artists can be supported in these challenging economic times.
