New Waterford County Local Authorities Arts Plan 2012 – 2017 is launched
The Arts Office of Waterford County Council is pleased to announce that the Waterford County Local Authorities Arts Plan 2012 – 2017 is now available as an online document.
The Arts Plan represents the local authority’s commitment to the placing of arts provision centrally as a core service for the County. It emphasises the importance of partnerships with other organisations and sharing the commitment to promoting participation in and access to the arts in the future. The Plan embraces social inclusion, arts in the community, supports for artists and arts organisations, plus it has innovation in developing opportunities in the cultural tourism sector.
