Bealtaine in the Old Market House Arts Centre, Dungarvan

The Old Market House Arts Centre, Lower Main Street, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford is currently showing ‘Ink’ a photographic exhibition of older people with tattoos by Aidan Kelly as part of the national Bealtaine Festival 2012 – Celebrating Creativity as we age. Painter, Padraig McCaul makes a welcome return with ‘Still Lives’, his landscape works and studies of old farmhouses and buildings. Showing in Seomra de Paor is selected works from ‘Artifice 2012’ in partnership with Lismore Castle Arts, the result of an annual project with Transition Year students from five County Waterford schools.

The Arts Centre is open Tuesday to Friday 11am to 5pm (lunch 1.30pm to 2.30pm) and Saturdays 1pm to 5pm.

These exhibitions continue until 23^rd June 2012.

Admission is free and all are welcome.
