How to have your Art Work considered for Exhibition

The Old Market House Arts Centre reviews applications on a regular basis for those wishing to exhibit.  Please submit the following details with your application:

1. A short written statement of your work (one page, typed) including
   • an artist's statement on your ideas, sources and themes behind your work
   • your working methods and medium
   • reasons for wanting to show at The Old Market House Arts Centre
2. Good quality images on CD of your current work. 
   Full details for each image are required,
   • the title
   • medium
   • measurements
   • date of work

3.    An up-to-date Curriculum Vitae with

• your contact details
• education
• relevant experience
• previous exhibitions
• awards

1. Please specify the availability of your work.
   
   
   • The time scale you would require to produce an exhibition
   • Price points at which your work is currently selling
   • If you are interested in submitting some works for a group show

Note

Applicants may be asked to come into the Arts Centre for a meeting.

If you are working in 2D we usually request that samples be brought in at exhibition presentation level (i.e. framed)
