Water/Waste Water

Water and Waste Water Charges

The Government’s National Water Pricing Policy requires the metering and charging of all non-domestic customers for water services. The metering of the supply is an equitable way to charge in that customers will only pay for water they consume.  All non-domestic consumers of mains water are liable for water charges. Therefore a charge is payable on all connections that are not strictly for ordinary domestic use. This includes businesses within homes, agricultural land and buildings, schools, churches, sports and community facilities, public houses, warehousing, offices and retail units.
