You must pay your rent and any other charges when they are due.

Rent is calculated on household income.  The rent is reviewed on a yearly basis.

• Full details of all household income must be submitted to Waterford County Council.
• Waterford County Council must be notified of any change in income or household circumstances.
• A rent assessment form must be completed annually giving details of income and household details.
