Waterford City Environs Local Area Plan 2008 - 2014
Waterford County Council has undertaken this Local Area Plan to set out an overall development strategy and framework for the proper and sustainable development of the environs of Waterford City.
The Plan covers the period from 2008 - 2014 and is valid for six years from the date of the adoption by Waterford County Council (15th September 2008) subject to reviews, variation or alterations made in the future.
