You may only apply for entry on this list if:

You have a physical illness or physical disabilty and you wish to vote by post from your home, you should apply now to go on the Postal Voters List. The following must apply to your situation:

• You are unable to go in person to vote at your polling station due to physical illness or physical disability;  and
• the illness or disability is likely to continue for the duration of the Register to which the application relates.

Use  PV1 Postal Voters Form (Bilingual) (adobe .pdf, 82 kbs) and return it to Electoral Register Section, Civic Offices, Davitts Quay, Dungarvan, County Waterford as soon as possible, in order to be included in the Disabled Postal Voters List of the Register of Electors.
