If you are qualified to vote

But you have missed the deadline to include your name on the Register, you can apply to be included in a Supplement to the Register, which will allow you to vote at any election or referendum held during the current year.

You must apply to be included on the Supplemental Register at least 15 days before polling day (excluding Sundays, Good Friday and public holidays)

If you are qualified as an elector and your name is not on the 2011/2012 Register of Electors, you may apply to be included in a supplement to the register. Eligible electors whose names are included in the supplement will be entitled to vote at an election or referendum held during the lifetime of the register.

The forms can be download and returned to Electoral Register Section, Civic Offices, Davitts Quay, Dungarvan, County Waterford.
