Rhincrew Roundabout Sponsorship Scheme

The opportunity exists to have local businesses sponsor the landscaping at prominent public spaces in return to place specified advertising signs for their business at the location. It is considered that this sponsorship scheme will provide a facility to advertise their business in public areas while enhancing the appearance of our prominent open spaces

The Rhincrew Roundabout is presently assigned for sponsorship which will be landscaped and maintained for a period of 5 years, in alliance with a Memorandum of Agreement.

The aim of this scheme is to present colour and variety, while also highlighting the sponsor’s commitment to Youghal and its environs..

From receiving the info pack and reviewing the landscaping considerations interested parties should express their interest in writing, along with a detailed landscaping plan and sketch of proposed signage to the above address.

If there are two or more parties interested in this area, and where Waterford County Council deem the design of these parties, will enhance the roundabout the area shall be allocated by means of a draw.

All submissions of interest must be received by this office by Friday, June 8^th, 2012.
