Demolish existing single storey toilet block and construct a new two storey/ dormer type building incorporating public toilets on the ground floor and a lifegaurd station on the first floor at Clonea Strand, Tallacoolmore, Clonea, Dungarvan, County Waterford.
Tenders are invited from competent and experienced Building Contractors for this contract which involves the demolition of the existing toilet block and reconstructing new toilets/lifeguard station, in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by our Technical Staff.
