IDENTIFICATION OF BATHING WATERS 2012

PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF ‘BATHING WATERS’ UNDER THE BATHING WATERS DIRECTIVE 2006/7/EC of 15 February 2006 and THE BATHING WATER QUALITY REGULATIONS S.I 79 of 2008.

 
Waterford County Council is undertaking a public participation process for the identification of bathing waters under the Bathing Waters Directive and the Bathing Water Quality Regulations 2008 (SI No.79 of 2008)

Local Authorities are required under the 2008 Regulations to identify bathing waters. This must be done on an annual basis.

Waterford County Council accordingly invites comments from interested parties in relation to the identification of bathing waters
