Cad a Bhaineann le Bainistíocht Eastáit?

Is ionann bainistíocht eastáit agus deiseanna a chruthú duitse rannpháirtíocht a bheith agat i d'eastáit agus i do phobail trí bhunú pobal beo fuinniúil, comharsanachtaí inchothaithe agus spreagadh bróid áite do chách.

Cuimsíonn an toradh ar mian leis an gComhairle mar gheall ar Bhainistíocht Eastáit:

Níos mó freagrachta agus rannpháirtíochta daoibhse mar chónaitheoirí i reáchtáil bhur n-eastát -- saghas nua comhpháirtíochta.
Gaolta níos fearr idir an Chomhairle agus sibhse mar thionóntaí/cónaitheoirí.
Seachadadh níos fearr seirbhíse.

Molann Comhairle Contae Phort Láirge go n-éireoidh sibhse mar thionóntaí rannpháirteach i ngrúpaí nó cumainn cónaitheoirí i bhur gceantair. Éascaíonn a leithéid de ghrúpaí/cumainn cur chun cinn bhur leasa mar chónaitheoirí, idir mar dhiúlaigh agus mar phobal, agus cumasaíonn siad dlúthchaidreamh oibre dhá bhealach idir an Chomhairle agus sibhse. Cuirimidne an-bhéim ar éisteacht le bhur gcuid tuairimí faoinár seirbhísí.

Mar ghrúpa, is féidir libh buaileadh le chéile ar bhonn rialta agus oibriú leis an Oifigeach Idirchaidrimh Tionóntaí agus le gníomhaireachtaí reachtúla agus deonacha chun timpeallacht shóisialta agus fhisiciúil d'eastáit tithíochta a fheabhsú. Moltar go mbeadh tionóntaí rannpháirteach i gcothabháil tithíochta chomh maith. Tá ár rannóg tithíochta tar éis polasaí a chur i bhfeidhm ionas go mbeimid ábalta iarracht a dhéanamh tionscadail a mhaoiniú a molann cumainn chónaitheoirí. D'fhéadfadh an maoiniú seo a bheith le haghaidh lomairí faiche, cóisirí Nollag, cuir crann agus tor, tírdhreachta, oideachais pobail nó scileanna Tuisceana Drugaí/Tuismitheoireachta srl. Is féidir leis an Oifigeach Idirchaidrimh Tionóntaí cabhrú le smaointe faoi conas airgead a thiomsú nó le heolas faoi dheontais áitiúla atá ann do thionscadail.
